Move Easy PT Covid-19 Precautions

• We ask that patients complete an online screening form sent through Jane.app before each appointment on the day of the appointment to avoid possible exposure. Anyone who has symptoms or exposure is excused from the appointment and will not be charged for a missed appointment.

• All sessions are 1-1 in a private office space.

• Masks are required during the sessions.

• There is a bathroom adjacent to the treatment room to wash hands, change and use as needed. Surfaces are disinfected regularly.

• The treating Physical Therapist is fully vaccinated including the booster injection.

• The therapist also tests for Covid every 2 weeks to protect her patients and family.

• All supplies & tools are changed or disinfected for each patient.

• The treatment room is well ventilated. We open the door, and turn on both ceiling and exhaust fans in between patients. We also keep a Conway Air Filter on automatic to remove air particles.

We encourage all patients to be fully vaccinated and to make life choices that will minimize exposure. We are still dealing with a pandemic but we are extremely fortunate to have the tools and knowledge we need to minimize the danger and risks of exposure.
